Makhadzi <\/a><\/strong>has allegedly parted ways with Open Mic Productions.According to News 24, the singer departs the record label after 3 years.\u201cI signed a three-year contract with Open Mic in March 2020. I was waiting for them to maybe talk to me about how we\u2019ll work together, but no one came to me. That\u2019s why I decided to send a final email to say I was aware that the contract had ended,\u201d reads the singer\u2019s statement from the publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, we can\u2019t deny the label\u2019s act of support for Makhadzi<\/a><\/strong>, especially when she gets called out over issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She was dragged by an event promoter some days ago, for not showing up to an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mic Productions instantly slammed the claim, saying their artist was not booked \u201cIt\u2019s a lie, they\u2019ve never booked Makhadzi \u2026 ask them to send you an invoice from us or POP (proof of payment) they made to Open Mic or Makhadzi <\/a><\/strong>\u2014 there is no such a thing\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
