DJ Maphorisa granted bail after assaulting girlfriend

DJ Maphorisa has been granted a bail of R 4000 at the court this Monday, 8th of May, 2023.

The DJ’s girlfriend, Thulisile Phongolo who got him jailed on Sunday for assaulting her has reportedly withdrawn the case which has since been remanded to June 14.

“For clarification, Thuli Phongolo has issued a withdrawal statement but the Magistrate told the accused that bail conditions remain effective until the charges are officially withdrawn…so charges are not officially withdrawn,” a tweep wrote.

Dj Maphorisa has been granted a bail of R4000 after his girlfriend Thuli Phongolo has withdrawn the case which has since been remanded to June 14.
