The trend of groups splitting up continues as the once popular Amaroto that set the Kwaito and Amapiano scene on fire is no more. Rumors of the group splitting have been around the streets for a while but nothing was concrete. However, Reece Madlisa might have just confirmed what was on the minds of everyone as he just announced his solo EP, "Kwaito Nama Medi".

The upcoming EP will be released in the first week of February and surprisingly has no features from Zuma. The album holds five tracks and Zuma is absent from the tracklist.

The absence of Zuma further suggests that perhaps the split between the two might have not been very smooth or cordial.
