Last year was a pretty good year for Busta 929. He released so many songs that did good on the charts and his popularity grew in leaps and bounds. Recently he promised to drop a new mixtape and he finally kept through to his word and has dropped off "Strictly 929 Vol. 09 Mix" which follows the last one volume 8.

As with previous installments of the series, the mixtape features songs from Busta 929 only. The mixtape features 11 songs and all were produced and mixed by Busta 929.
