Samthing Soweto has released a brand new song "Lotto" coming off his upcoming album " Isphithiphithi ". The new song features the producing mavericks of Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa, as well as the vocals of Amablesser crooner Mlindo The Vocalist.
It is one of the three songs in the Amapiano genre which will appear on Sam's new album.
Amapiano is a kind of music that combines elements of deep house and gqom with the sound of a piano. The genre started as an up-shoot from the more widely popular African Afro House music and is fairly new, despite having large coverage which is thanks to artists like Tall Ass Tee and The Soul Dictators, Kabza De Small, Vigro Deep who are putting a new spin in the culture of South African music with the new sound they have created. This is the new wave in the house music scene.
